[CQ-Contest] WRTC early logs .... OOOPS

Hope somebody is watching this list over there in OH land.  Sent in my early 
log but found that the old CT 9.64 version only put the CW contacts in the 
cabrillo log for some reason.  Have sent a revised log already using a later 
version (9.70), but wonder if they were prepared for botched logs and revisions 
....
