It seems that for about a month or so, the ARRL has
been publishing the "Contest Rate Sheet" bulletin (in
electronic form). It's available via email (to ARRL
members) and on the web:

Ward Silver, NØAX is editing it.
Seems to be a part of the web-presence arsenal of
contesting resources which the League is developing.
Did I miss its announcement or what?
