Roland wrote in part: "We the membership barely had time to email our comments before the vote, and we were forced to respond based on preliminary information and rumor" That's because we the membership were not supposed to know about this before hand. It was all supposed to be "hush hush" and a done deal before a sniff got out, but as usual, these things blow up on those attempting to perpetuate these backroom deals. J.P.
