Well, at first glance it may sound acceptable but---this is a very common
budget cutting technique! Once they have the contest info segregated into
a separate publication they do one of two things. First, they may charge a
separate subscription charge, or second they simply cut the second
publication after a year or two.
Neither of these outcomes are acceptable to me--How about you?
