[CQ-Contest] WPX Plaques

I have won two plaques for WPX participation.  Have yet to receive either
of them.  The first one was from 4 or maybe 5 years ago.  I have also sent
emails to N8BJQ with no response.  

So I have to ask...

Is anyone sending him money for these plaques?  If so, where is the money
going?

Too bad Bill O'Reilly isn't a ham.  He would root this out.
