[CQ-Contest] Magazine contents postings

Magazine delivery dates in the United States vary by at least two weeks for
issues mailed at the same time.  Some of us in areas with notoriously slow
mail appreciate Henry giving us an advance look at the contents so we know
what to look forward to!
