Randy, My interpretation of ARRL rule 2.1.1 would be that it is prohibited
to use Internet for dx-clusters. Not for any other information you can get
there like propagation info etc. That kind of information would only
indirectly help you to improve your score. It would be different if you
checked the P5 web-page where all the frequencies off all the currently
active P5's is displayed... Maybe ARRL could clarify this rule, just ask
them.........By the way, its fun to find a new mult yourself . Why would
anyone deny himself that fun.....by jumping to a busted-call-packet-mult?
