[CQ-Contest] Retracted Statement, Field Day

Please read "Who is in control of your Field Day Station" at the ARRL website 
Field Day Package.  It does talk about an Extra Class operator using a Novice 
licensee's station, but it does not refer to the Novice station at a larger 
Field Day site, as does PP. 4.1.1.  It is a little confusing, but the Field 
Day rules stand, and I stand corrected.
