I have a Force 12 C4. The elements aren't shortened. It's a great
antenna, but it's certainly not a stack of monobanders.
How about "no more than four antennas (to allow for tribander, dipoles
for 1.8/3.5/7) and no dimension of any antenna may exceed one
wavelength"?
