Dear friends,
An annual 44th CQ-M International DX Contest 2000 will be held
from 2100z 13 May till 2100z 14 May, on HF bands, CW and SSB,
plus independent parallel competition among SSTVers.
The CQ-M is a popular spring contest with thousands of participants
from different countries and continents of the world. It gives a
good chance to make many hundreds of Qs, to work new CIS zone or
rare Russian 'oblast'. Traditionally, CQ-M has a large awards
program. The leaders are awarded with medals and plaques.
(Unfortunately, CQ-M 1999 awards dispatch is delayed. Now
everything is ready but the diplomas (95% are already printed).
The beginning of dispatch is planned at the second part of May,
so we apologize.)
Minor changes were made in rules of this year: QRP entries to
send /QRP with their calls, new permanent address for email
logs is cqm@mail.ru , airmail address is updated. For complete

Thanks to Boris (UA1AAF), his CQ-M-dedicated freeware logger is
available at CQ-M home page. Also, CQ-M is built in the most of
logging programs, including TR-Log, NA-Log, Super Duper. It is
not difficult to setup any other software for the CQ-M. The
updated (April 24, 2000) CTY.dat file, containing specific CQ-M
multipliers, can be downloaded from CQ-M home page.
The Krenkel Central Radio Club of Russia invites you
