I have updated the master callsign database files on http://www.k1ea.com
. You can also get to them through the CT Vault. This will be the FINAL
update before CQWW.
This database has a few more logs, and the old PA callsigns are now mapped
to their new Vanity callsigns (thanks to Enno PA5EA).
Special thanks to Dan, S50U (not Mario, S56A) who supplied a database of
known-good Slovenian callsigns.
I have attached some updated statistics below (set your E-mail program to
display fixed-width) from the 4 years I have been building the
database. Remember that each year, the database starts out empty, i.e. I
do not use any data from the previous database. All databases were
generated using a threshold of 10, i.e. a call had to show up 10 times to
be counted in the database. The numbers represent the total number of
callsigns in that category. You will see that this year has a much larger
database of callsigns than in previous years.
