[CQ-Contest] Best DSP for noise reduction

Looking for an answer ... which outboard DSP works best in the noise
reduction mode alone?  I neither want nor need additional selectivity, but
am looking for a tool to help with receiving puny-weak signals on CW, where
non-coherent noise is the limiting factor.
