I also would like to thank Dan for his detailed involvement in my 10
Meter Contest log.
Back in January, near the log deadline, I was having problems getting the
ARRL server to accept my log entry; getting "mail undeliverable"
messages. I finally had to just send it to Dan as an attachment to an
e-mail note. I assumed everything was OK. Then when I requested my log
information from Dave, I got a personal message from Dan indicating that
my log was one of those that was unreadable by the log-checking software.
Being a little upset, I fired off a quick reply. Well, Dan responded
the next day with a more detailed explanation. Now, when I get back from
my business trip, I will be able to check my original log file and see
what went wrong.
