Kenneth:
Previously, the precedence sent during Sweepstakes indicated power - A, B,
and Q. The exchange sent during Sweepstakes will be changed to indicate the
category in which you are operating: Q = Single Op QRP, A = Single Op low
Power, B = Single Op High Power, U = Single Op Unlimited, S = School Club,
and M = Multi-Op. All of this will be laid out when the rules announcement
is published in the October issue of QST.

> |November Sweepstakes Rule Changes
> |
> |The Awards Committee has considered and accepted several recommendations
> |from the Contest Advisory Committee which will affect the annual November
> |Sweepstakes. Effective with the 1999 running of this event:
> |
> | 1. A single operator unlimited category is added. This
> |category allows for single operators to use Packet in the contest. There
> |is no power differentiation in this category.
> |
> | 2. The multi-operator category, while still limited to
> |one transmitted signal at any time, is allowed unlimited band changes.
> |
> |These rule changes will affect the exchange participants send and receive
> |during the contest. The new specific exchanges will be published in the
> |rules announcement for the 1999 ARRL November Sweepstakes, which will
> |appear in the October 1999 issue of QST. The complete rules will also be
> ||linked from the Contest Branch Web Page at http://www.arrl.org/contests

I am confused about the second to last paragraph. How do these
two rules changes affect the Sweepstakes exchange?
serial number - precedence - callsign - check - section
