"VY0 becomes effective April 1: The new Canadian Territory of Nunavut, VY0,
comes into effect on April 1, 1999. To reflect this new addition, Nunavut
will become a separate multiplier in the two RAC Contests, commencing with
the RAC Canada Day Contest on July 1, 1999.--RAC"
