I agree with you, 100%
I don't wait either, if the call isn't given, I'm calling immediately. It's
faster call the station and ask him his call after the exchange than wait.
If I dupe someone in a contest it's usually because an operator gave no
call.

Actually I intentionally dupe these jerks. Why should I be the only
one
whose time is wasted?
