Do that *AND* include that deduction in calculating DQ. Perhaps it will
serve as a warning to those who are sloppy with their exchange, refuse to
slow down/repeat for the other station to confirm, and/or have so much
overprocessing/RF feedback that it is impossible to understand an exchange!
If penalties are imposed on both sides of the busted exchange, perhaps some
of the medium and big guns that have gotten lax will take a bit more care
with their signals/operating practices to prevent "sending side" penalties
from tipping the balance into disqualification.
The RF feeback, overprocessing, hum in audio, blower noise was terrible
this weekend ... including in a big multi-multis (both US and DX) that
should know better.
