**Special Note to ARRL printer: My issue?s corners are not square. When
viewing the front, the pages were cut with a horizontal slope, resulting
in the right corners ¼ inch lower than the left corners. When placed on
the shelf vertically, this issue?s top corner protrudes enough to quickly
grab to review that "special information" that I will always need. Neat
Idea! Now, if I could just remember what it is.....?
