[CQ-Contest] Contest on 6 Dec 98

Hi All,

A friend is getting some cards for a club station that
was in a contest on the 5-6 of Dec 98, same time as the
ARRL 160m. But these are all on 10m.

Exchange seems to have a number like this:

C123

Anyone have any idea what contest this may have been?
(If it really was a contest!)
