[CQ-Contest] Info on VP2V?

Hey guys and gals,
    My brother and I are planning a trip for the ARRL Contest next year,
1999, and I think we want to go to BVI.  Any information regarding
accommodations, places to go, places to avoid, things to bring, cost,
etc. would be greatly appreciated.
