[CQ-Contest] Noise reduction

There was a circuit on one of the reflectors a fews ago re a noise
cancelling circuit which is placed between the mike and the Trx and was
claimed to be especially good in multi multi setups to avoid QRM being
transmitted.   Does anyone remember this circuit and can point me in the
right direction??
