I agree with Ward on this one. There is enough contests on the band to keep even the most active contester busy! Besides, when I grow old and have to tune the radio with my cane, I may want a contest free havan myself! The downer to this is the old "use it or loose it" thingy. Is the WARC bands active enough to protect it from the Next Geneva Convention?
