The following is my recent experience with Industrial Communications
Engineers, makers of automatic bandpass filters, amongst other items.
My filter model 419 which was under warranty failed and was mailed back for
repair. I just received it back, only a total of about two weeks total time
including transport both ways. It was repaired, AND THE POSTAGE I PAID
GETTING THER FILTER TO THEM WAS REFUNDED.
I did not ask for refund of the postage I paid, I find it most gratifying
that a company takes the extra step to try to make their customer happy.
Thought that you would appreciate learning about such a customer oriented
company.

of a VERY SATISFIED customer.
