Hi All,
On page 100 of Dec 97 QST is the General Rules for All ARRL Contests.
Under 3:2 it says; "Call signs and exchange information must be sent,
received, acknowledged, and logged correctly by each station for a
complete QSO".
So it would seem to me that not only is it just plain right to drop a
contact that you know didn't 'receive, acknowledge and log correctly'
the exchange you sent him but that's also what the rules say.
Or am I missing somethig in-between the lines?? :-)
cul,
