I'm using this public medium to thank Bill, W4AN for sponsoring the 1995
CQWW-SSB plaque for S/O,A/B for RF-Free Zone 3, which appeared in my
mailbox today from CQ. He was KM9P then and I was N7AVK. The calls are now
different but the idea is the same.
