I had similar telephone RFI problems, but I put a 22 uF capacitor
across the phone leads where the phone lines came into the house.
I also had a Gateway 2000 programmable keyboard that would lock up
whenever I was on 20-10. I got out a Packard Bell keyboard, and I had
no problems whatsoever
