Hi all.  

Here is a website where you can get the latest WWV propagation report if 
you are like me and don't like to wait for 18 or 45 minutes past the 
hour.
ftp://ftp.sel.noaa.gov/pub/latest/wwv.txt
They give the same thing they read on WWV.  73
