KG1D is 5 miles north.
K1ZZ is 3 miles east.
K1NYK is 5 miles south.
K1KI is 17 miles northwest and line-of-sight.

P.S. If it's a good location and a good deal, buy it. The other guy
won't be on every contest. You'll be glad to have someone help with
the tower work, and you can multi-op from time to time. I would love
to have a contester right next door. Now that would be convenient!
