[CQ-Contest] Bulk QSLing post contest

Hi Gary:

I get a certain amount of those cards back after every bulk submission
(2-3 K cards).  I just trash them...haven't investigated the
possibility of asking my buro to just trash them for me...why make
more work for them?  Yes, it eats up some of my postage credits, but a
very small percentage that I am willing to live with.
