[CQ-Contest] Italian good friend

Hi, friends;

I am looking for an italian good friend to help me.

I am doing my bigger effort to get the "Italian Provinces Award" but 
I have not had "luck" with the italian confirmations.

(My opinion: It is worldwide illness)

There (In Italy) is a good friend who wants to help me in this 
purpose?

I am sure that there are in the world good men still.
