We JIDX contest committee are pleased to announce to completed the '97 
JIDX Low Bands CW contest result. They are now available through email 
info server.

Send an email to 
jidx-info@dumpty.nal.go.jp

with the following command in the body of the message
#get jidx97lfcw.dx

Past JIDX contest results and the rule are archived there, so you can 
send the following command together
#get index
help

then you'll be able to get the file index and the command list.
If you have any problem at jidx-info, let me know.
