This was probably the same operating position with a humorous
motivational technique to encourage equality with the "East Coast Iron
Curtin". The picutre was captioned: "Tired of getting the droppings
from the East coast? Let's DO it this time!"
The picture was of an elephant, tail raised, and a guy standing behind
him with a wheelbarrow catching the "droppings".
