[CQ-Contest] CQ 160 Log update

I have (thanks to AD1C) good copies of the logs from KQ2M and NA2Q.  We are
still working on CS1A.

I hope to post the rest of the e-mail logs to the PVRC-NC web page this next
week.  I will also send individual e-mails to all those on record.
