Party because the original was not readable, (my fault I sent it in MS Word)

"THE FIRST ANNUAL ATLANTIC QSO PARTY"
The Loyalist City Amateur Radio Club Inc. would like to
announce the first annual Atlantic QSO Party.
24 hours starting Sept 21, 1997 00:00 UTC - Sept 22, 1997 00:00 UTC
FREQUENCIES: (Phone only) All HF bands 160-10 meters
CONTACTS ON WARC BANDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
CATEGORIES: Single Operator Low Power (under 100 watts ), Single Operator
High Power (over 100 watts ).
EXCHANGE: Atlantic Province stations send signal report and county.
Other stations send signal report and Canadian
province/territory,
U.S. state or DXCC country.
SCORING: Atlantic Province stations work everyone. Stations outside
Atlantic Province only work Atlantic Province stations. Score 1
point for every station worked per band.
MULTIPLIERS: Atlantic Province stations earn 1 multiplier point for each
Atlantic Province county , Canadian province/territory, U.S.
state or DXCC country worked. Stations outside Atlantic Province
earn 1 multiplier point for each Atlantic Province county.
TOTAL SCORE: Total QSO points X multiplier points.
AWARDS: Certificates to top 3 in each Atlantic Province, Certificates to
top scorer in each Canadian Province, U.S. state, and DXCC Country.
