Hey! I think you are on to something. Let's change that just slightly:
Total score = prefixes * ( Q + DX )
Where Q is 1 for every contact.
Where DX is a QSO point for DX contacts, multiplied by 2 if on the low
bands. Contacts in-country would count for 0 DX points.
So, each contact is always worth 1 point, and there's no low-band
multiplier for the Q point, so that will mitigate the effect of
east-coasters working each other on 160/80/40.
