[CQ-Contest] Control Op in Contest?

Hi,

I'm considering getting a couple of people together to introduce them to
contesting and spur some interest to upgrade.  The question is, can the
No-code Techs & Tech Plus operators participate in the contest, using
the privledges and call sign of the control operator?  Your input is
appreciated.  Thanks.
