Hi California,
having seen all the bad fires in your area and knowing about your ecological
awareness, I wonder if we can help Carlos, PY1CAS in preserving Amazon forests
together with the rest of under-developed world which happends to be connected
to Internet and eventually may reach @netcom.com?
I am sure W6QHS will find funds to cover the cost of local printing IF needed!

P.S. It is a real pleasure to work with DL2DN, KT1N, N8BJQ email log checkers
N6AA did a great job during WRTC including the conversion of my non-USA format

Remember, there are new rules this year for CQWW log submissions.
If you are using a computer logging program, you don't need to print out and
mail the .ALL, .LOG or .<band> files any more! Just send the original binary
log file, along with PRINTED copies of your signed SUMMARY and DUPE sheets.
At least it might preserve *some* of the trees in the Amazon, but might put
some people at Boise-Cascade out of business.

It may not have been clear from my other messages, but if you request either
the CTY.UUE or NACTY.UUE files, you *do not* need to request any other files.
These will UUdecode into a PKZIP file, which includes *all* the files in the
data set (.CTY, .DAT, etc.).
I have noticed a number of people who have requested, for example, both
CTY.DAT and CTY.UUE, or both COUNTRY.DAT and NACTY.UUE.

This info is much closer to the Reflector than let say "vanity

reads this!!!
You should send an identical message as the one below to all of the

Message-ID: <199610242010.QAA25010@pathway1.pathcom.com>
I will like to congratulate all the fine and good Contester`s for your
great idea of listing and great magic of propaganda on advertising your
calls so that way we will be able to memorize, and in the contest maybe on
160 meters with all the qrm and qrn you guys are calling cq and some one
can not get your complete prefix but as the suffix,so he reminds him self
that on the internet,he heard that familiar suffix so maybe this his the
guy.
Being all this calls on the dx side,it is possible that no one will call
them so they have to make some propaganda, well my friends i have a secret
to share i think every single one of you on this reflector must do the same
thing,my theory is with that you can get at least 2 more meg + to your
score, that way if you advertise you place 1,2,3,and if not then there is
all
ways a next year.
I almost forgot something look for me in the contest my call it will
be---------and the category---------.
73 and good luck to all of you.
Please take this message as a joke.
Bye Bye

is a little awkward in places, but it's about as well as can be done
is plain ASCII. Corrections and additions are still sought and I=20
