There's also a very sick boy in England named Craig Shergold. Please
send him a post card.
Please folks, ask yourself one simple question before you post a message
to this mailing list:
Does my message have anything to do with contesting?
If the answer is no, then do not post your message.

Hello to all !
I would like to know if the results of this year's ARRL
Phone contest have already been released.
My participation was single op single band (20m), if anyone
has seen the results, please tell me my position (not very
high, but it was my 1st ARRL PHONE test!).

There's a simple explanation for N3ADL's recent acquisition of the
Good Times virus info. He works for the post office! I believe Doug
said he saw it on a computer at work. My theory is the USPS cripples
their computers to make "snail mail" look fast and efficient. :.)

For God's sake, doesn't ANYONE here keep up with technology?!?!?!?
The "Good Times" Virus has been a hoax since the first posting of it
in November of 1994. We have gone through great lengths to stop rumors
of this dumb joke, so PLEASE stop distributing this incorrect information
immediately. There are several web pages with complete explanations of
why the virus is technically impossible, although it should be obvious to
anyone with even a hint of computer experience.
Can we get back to contesting on this list, and leave dumb rumors to
appropriate discussions elsewhere?
