Thanks for the reply Bryan. Cost really isn't a factor. I've been a
Kenwood owner for years but am open minded and am looking at all makes.
Currently have a TS-930 that needs work.

Thanks Bryan for the response. Guess I should have been more specific.
I have used Kenwoods for years( have a TS-930 that needs some work on it
right now). Price renge is really no object for the right radio. I am
especially looking for comments on the new Kenwoods, Icoms and Yaesu's.
