I have no experience in this area, but here is what is running through my head. If the guys were tensioned fairly accuratly when the tower is first put up, using a device designed for EHS guys, and then checked with the Loose guage immediatly thereafter, the tower owner could check the guys periodicly to check for any changes from the original reading, as well as comparing the measurements to the other guys. Is this a reasonable sceneario? Al, KE6BER/1, KE6BER@usa.pipeline.com |
