Info on IC-765 Mod

Would appreciate direct e-mail on where to get info on the
variable bandpass tuning (VBT) mod for the IC-765.  Any
comments on whether you recommend that mod would
also be great.  Any other mods for the rig that I should seriously consider?

... Of course, the REAL mods I need are more power, better
antennas, more time, and better techniques!
