Not good enough for ARRL contests !
Here's a line from my QSO discrepancy report for 1993 ARRL DX CW:
40 CW 20/02/93 1356 R6Y 599CO 599200 UA3 M(0423Z)N
My interpretation:
R6Y's log shows that he worked N2IC at 0432Z.
N2IC's log shows that he worked R6Y at 1356Z.
N2IC looses both QSO (and multiplier) credit for the QSO. If R6Y had put me in
his log again (as a dupe) at 1356Z, maybe this would have been okay.

On, 40 meters, I have always been amazed by the sunrise (local) opening
to Europe. When JAs and the Pacific are on the way out, about an hour
after sunrise, there are always some G and GM stations workable. It's
early afternoon there!
ANother strange opening found in the recent CW contest was on 15 meters.
On SUnday during the 2000Z hour, while working KH6 and T32 area, there
were about 10 OHs booming through. Nothing else in Europe was coming
through at the time.
