Just a quick reminder for folks:
When you subscribed to cq-contest@tgv.com, you were sent a welcome
message that contained some useful information. Since it has been a
while since many of you subscribed, I am reposting this information
to refresh memories about how the robot works.
As always, if you have any questions or problems interacting with
the email/list robot, feel free to drop line to owner-cq-contest@tgv.com
(aka trey@tgv.com) and let me know what's going on. This is preferred
over sending such inquiries to cq-contest@tgv.com, which now
incidentally has about 650 subscribers.

Welcome to CQ-CONTEST@TGV.COM, the general forum for amateur radio
contesters. This is an unmoderated forum directed towards hams
interested in all types of radio contesting. This forum is more like
the NCJ than QST; INFO-HAMS@UCSD.EDU and rec.radio.amateur.misc and
are good places to look for a more rounded discussion of the hobby.
Each message you send to CQ-CONTEST@TGV.COM will be sent out to all
the other subscribers, kinda like a two meter repeater that has a
coverage radius of 12,000 miles or so. This is a good place for score
reports, expedition rumors, and other contest-related discussion or
announcements.
Further administrative requests regarding this list should be sent to
Internet: CQ-Contest-Request@TGV.COM
