State Clubs

RE the Florida petition for including the entire state of Florida
in the club area.

I think the ARRL should allow that for ALL STATES!  That would allow
even the people in the remote areas to submit a score towards a club.
Just add a new category to the competition.  STATE CLUBS.  Sounds
kind of communist doesn't it.
