Unless things have changed since I left EU, the Region 1 plan is a
non-enforceable agreement which does not have the status of law. This is a
quite different status from, say, FCC regulations in the U.S. It may, of
course, be that _some_ Region 1 governments have enforceable bandplans that
are congruent with the Region 1 agreements, although I know of none off the
top of my head.

Subject: ARRL Contest Entries
Message-ID: <7414@bl>
When submitting contest entries electronically via Internet, you
should include an ASCII summary sheet and an ASCII log (following
the ARRL Suggested Standard File Format). Dupe sheets and other
breakdown files are NOT needed.
With most of the popular contest logging programs (CT, NA, N6TR, etc),
the summary sheet file is the ????????.SUM and the log file
is <your call sign>.LOG (KR1R.LOG). Be sure to add any missing
information to your summary sheet file (ARRL Section, high power,
low power, QRP, etc).
The following is the ARRL Suggested Standard File Format, a
sample file, and an ASCII summary sheet.
Refer to your software manual for instruction for generating
an ASCII file in the correct ARRL format.
73,
Billy

someone sent me a note that they had some q's disqualified last
year due to copying the wrong power number. just wanted
to set the record straight, as my prior msg might lead
one to incorrectly assume that accurately copying the pwr
number is not important. 73, walt, w0cp

I realize this is not a contest question but I figured you may know.
I have to replace a car and want to find one that will be radio friendly
including HF, 2m and 440. Looking at little ones such as Corolla, medium size
such as Taurus, maybe small picckup. May get used one from 87 on or new one.
Vague enough?
Tnx Bob
