I stayed in bed far too long and
missed low bands on Sunday morning.
10m could have been beter.
It is so nice to simply email my computer log
to ARRL and wait for QST to publish the results.

P.S. My short callsign fits audio memory
but it is often querried as either S5 or
6A. Program search also brings S59A, S57A
and even S51A while some ops prefer S56BA!

Great to be back active in contests after LONG hiatus (ex K5QNF). Only
operated about 20 hours, but don't think I could have increased my score a
lot because up against the propagation black-hole and the northeastern Wall
of Power, there were few takers to my CQ's... almost all were search and
pounce. I hope ETO can finish building my amp by this time next year; I've
been waiting over 2 months and now they say "parts shortages" will delay
another month. Also next year: a real antenna! Wayne's WriteLog is
fantastic. Imagine, a Windows program that really works!
