Sound Blaster

Has anyone ever developed a Digital Voice Keyer using a Sound Blaster card.
I hear LTA produces the "Voice Blaster." Has anyone had experienece with this
product.

I've been using PED w/o a Sound Blaster and would now like to simulate
pileups. If possible, I'd like to also use the SB card to send CQ contest,
etc.
