Jim AD1C summarized in a separate email his changes to CQWW.CTY
for the CQWPX contest this weekend.  With all the proposed, temporary,
implemented or inconsistent application of all the new CIS/Russian
Republic callsigns, I am grateful this is the last major contest of the 
spring.
I hope this summer they will all get in sync.....73 and Happy Memorial
