Op past 24 hrs in SS

While I'm thinking of it -----

How about a rule change in SS that allows operation past 24 hours for check 
log purposes.  Only the first 24 hours count, and must be clearly indicated 
in log, but you don't have to leave the air.  

(Note that missing serial numbers would "catch" someone who tried to leave 
out "bad" hours.)
