New 24 hour contest

If you are thinking of proposing a new 24 hour contest why not go ALL the way
and try an EQUALIZED DX CONTEST.

I have produced a draft outline for such a contest and have sent it to a few
contesters for their comments and suggestions. Most of them have replied and
it will be ready for general dissemination shortly. I have to clean-up a few
things and build-up my nerve before I let all you knowledgeable and experienced
contesters 'eat me alive'.
